Boys and Roller Coasters (Narrative)

My phone vibrated, I looked down to find a lit up screen that read one new message. In a yellow box it read, "Hey want to go to six flags tomorrow?" from Collin. Excitment filled my body as I quickly typed back, 'yes!'
Call me lame, but I've never been to Six Flags in my life, until this weekend. Brian Sweeny and Austin Polak went as well. As much as I was looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday I had to rise and shine at eight in the morning. But I knew it was going to be an amazing day. I got to Collin's and all of us piled into his car and started off on our two hour car ride. Austin and I fell asleep but once we got there we were wide awake. Not only was it my first time at Six Flags it was also my first time being on a roller coaster since I was 7. So of course they dragged me on the Superman ride first. I was terrified, but I knew it would be worth the fear. The line wait was about an hour, and let me tell you, bees really like me. While we were waiting in a line this one pesky bee wouldn't leave me alone. Eventually we got on the ride. I kept my eyes closed for most of it, but it was so fun! Around four all the actors dressed up as extremely creepy monsters started walking around the park since it was Fright Fest. We went in a haunted house called the Medical Center. Not worth your money! But being a girl, I was scared! Thank god I was with all these guys. Wink. So it was worth it for me. We watched some shows, went on some kiddie no-line rides, got some food, chilled. Finally got on another ride, The American Eagle. Best ride ever! Then we went through Necropolis which is a free haunted walk through. It was kind of scary but I had gone through it enough to be desensitized. Oh, and how can I forget? We went on this teacup ride, you go really fast and there's strobe lights it's really fun until it's over and your so dizzy you feel like you're going to see that funnel cake you ate an hour ago. But then we went to go see if Gotham's line had gotten any shorter and we had to pass through the Clowns. I am deathly afraid of clowns. I was freaking out but knew I had to act cool so they wouldn't see my fear. But then I looked down and at my feet was some clown creep crawling on the ground. I jumped! All the guys were laughing. We were at the park from open til close. So it's safe to say I fell asleep on the ride home. It was an amazing first six flags experience and I hope to go with all them again!
